Payment schedule
- Domestic packages — 40% to 50% advance on confirmation, balance 7 to 15 days before departure
- International packages — 40% to 50% advance on confirmation, balance 21 days before departure
- Peak-season and festive bookings may require full payment upfront, stated in writing before you pay
Accepted payment modes
- UPI transfer to the official Travel Crew business VPA
- NEFT, RTGS or IMPS to the account named on your invoice
- Credit and debit cards through a secure payment link
- Cheque, subject to realisation before the booking is confirmed
Invoices and GST
A GST invoice is issued for every booking. If you need the invoice raised against a company GSTIN, share the details before making the advance payment — GST details cannot be amended after the invoice is issued.
Currency and forex
International packages are quoted in Indian Rupees at the prevailing exchange rate. If the rate moves by more than 3% between quotation and final payment, we may revise the balance amount and will inform you in writing before doing so.
