Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to every booking made with Travel Crew.

Last updated

These terms apply to all bookings made with Travel Crew, whether through this website, over the phone, by email or on WhatsApp. Please read them before making any payment.

Booking and confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received and a written confirmation is issued by us.
  • Advance amounts vary by package and are stated on each package page under Policy & Terms.
  • Rates quoted are valid for the travel dates and traveller count in the quotation and may change if either changes.
  • All quoted rates are per person on double sharing unless stated otherwise.

Payments

  • The balance payment is due as per the schedule in your quotation, typically 7 to 21 days before departure.
  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation with applicable charges.
  • All payments must be made to the official Travel Crew bank account named on your invoice. We never ask for transfers to a personal account.
  • GST is charged as applicable and shown separately on the invoice.

Documents and eligibility

  • Travellers must carry valid government photo identification for all domestic travel.
  • For international packages, a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date is mandatory.
  • Visa approval rests solely with the concerned embassy or immigration authority. A rejection does not entitle a refund of the visa fee or the package cancellation charges.
  • Travellers are responsible for the accuracy of names and details submitted for tickets and permits.

Changes by Travel Crew

We reserve the right to change hotels to a similar or better category, to reorder sightseeing, or to alter routes where weather, road conditions, government restrictions or supplier failure make the original plan unworkable. Where a change results in a cost saving, the difference is refunded.

Limitation of liability

  • Travel Crew acts as a booking and coordination agent for hotels, transport operators, airlines and activity providers.
  • We are not liable for delay, injury, loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, landslides, strikes, flight cancellation, roadblocks or acts of government.
  • Adventure activities are undertaken at the traveller's own risk under the operator's own terms.
  • Personal belongings remain the traveller's responsibility throughout the trip.

Traveller conduct

Travellers are expected to respect local laws, customs and the instructions of guides and drivers. We reserve the right to terminate a traveller's participation without refund if their conduct endangers others or repeatedly disrupts the group.

Complaints

Any complaint about services should be raised with your trip coordinator during the trip so that it can be corrected on the ground. Complaints raised after the trip has ended are considered but are harder to resolve.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
